Cleaning Policy

We expect the apartment to be returned clean.

These are items that generally cause a loss in the return of a full security deposit:
     Greasy kitchen and stove
     Sticky refrigerator and needs lots of cleaning
     Bathroom tub, shower, sink and toilet that are not cleaned
     Smoking in apartment - almost immediate removal of security deposit.
          This takes us much time to get the smell out of the beds, furniture, etc.
     Cable TV does not work properly and needs to be fixed.  This often
          happens due to hooking other devices to the TV and not putting back  to the original settings so the TV works properly.
